About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support month end close, journal preparation, reconciliations, and intercompany activity
- Help build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and management reporting; contribute to variance analysis
- Work alongside Commercial Finance team on deals, pricing, and performance
- Support accounts receivable and collections activity, tracking outstanding balances and preparing reporting
- Provide day to day support on business as usual activities within rotating functions
- Prepare, check, and reconcile data and reporting to high standard of accuracy
- Help maintain trackers, schedules, and management reporting
- Get involved in automation and process improvement initiatives
- Bring fresh perspective, ask questions, document processes, and suggest improvements
- Learn continuously from people, systems, and owning deliverables
Requirements
- Working towards or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with careful eye for accuracy
- Confident with Excel; comfortable working with data
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage tasks to deadlines
- Genuinely curious with strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Exposure to an ERP system or financial reporting tools (nice to have)
- Interest or experience in automation, scripting, or data tools (e.g. Power Query, Python, BI tools) (nice to have)
- Progress towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) (nice to have)

Job Description
- The APJMEA Finance team is looking for a curious, numerate, and proactive Finance Intern to join on a structured rotation across core finance functions.
- This is not a fetch and carry internship; the intern will sit inside real teams, own genuine pieces of day to day work, and learn by contributing.
The Rotation
- Accounting & Control: Support month end close, journal preparation, reconciliations, and intercompany activity.
- FP&A: Help build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and management reporting; contribute to variance analysis.
- Commercial Finance: Work alongside the team that partners with Sales on deals, pricing, and performance.
- Cash Collection (AR): Support accounts receivable and collections activity, tracking outstanding balances and preparing reporting.
What You'll Do
- Provide day to day support on business as usual activities within whichever function you are rotating through.
- Prepare, check, and reconcile data and reporting to a high standard of accuracy.
- Help maintain trackers, schedules, and management reporting used by the team and leadership.
- Get involved in automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Bring a fresh pair of eyes: ask good questions, document how things work, and suggest improvements.
- Learn continuously from the people around you, from the systems, and from owning your own deliverables.

Qualifications
