- Manage recruitment for senior commercial, GTM, and operations roles across MENA
- Work with regional leaders to understand hiring priorities and advise on talent availability
- Build proactive sourcing strategies for specialist and leadership level talent
- Map competitor organisations and priority talent pools across key markets
- Provide insight on compensation, candidate availability, and market movement
- Develop long term pipelines for future senior hiring needs
- Manage candidate engagement and process coordination from first contact through to offer
- Support improvements in recruitment process, reporting, and stakeholder visibility
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience hiring commercial, operations, or GTM talent across MENA
- Confidence working with senior internal stakeholders
- Ability to create talent maps and provide market intelligence
- Experience in scaling, international, or high growth businesses
- Exposure to technology, SaaS, fintech, logistics, marketplace, or related sectors

Role Overview
- Logan Talent is partnering with a fast growing international organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner who will support hiring activity across the MENA region.
- This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and delivering strong talent for senior commercial, go to market, and operations positions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for senior commercial, GTM, and operations roles across MENA
- Work with regional leaders to understand hiring priorities and advise on talent availability
