- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions.
- Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in high volume overseas recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa.
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
