- Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in high volume overseas recruitment, with strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Open to EU/CIS nationals only
