is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our
People & Culture
team in Jeddah.
As we continue our journey of sustainable seafood production and transformation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to fuel our global growth.
The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you won't just fill seats; you will design, lead, and continuously improve our entire TA strategy.
You will ensure our recruitment is structured, data-driven, and perfectly aligned with our business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy & Governance:**
- Lead the design and execution of NAQUA’s TA framework, policies, and SOPs.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing TA team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring delivery.
- **Stakeholder Partnership:**
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HRBPs, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
- **Employer Branding:**
- Position NAQUA as an "Employer of Choice" within the aquaculture and FMCG sectors.
- **Digital Enablement:**
- Lead the implementation and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruitment analytics.
What We Are Looking For
- We need a leader who thrives in large-scale operational environments and understands the nuances of the Saudi labor market.
- **Experience:**
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Industry Knowledge:**
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness is highly preferred.
- **Technical Savvy:**
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, HRIS integration, and recruitment dashboards.
- **Core Skills:**
- Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
