1. CEO Office Management & Governance
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office ensuring structure, prioritization, and efficiency.
- Act as the central coordination point between the CEO and SMT.
- Ensure all CEO requests, directives, and follow-ups are tracked and closed in a timely manner.
2. Board & Executive Presentations
- Develop high-quality, insight-driven presentations for Board, Committees, and Executive meetings.
- Translate complex business data into clear, structured, and strategic narratives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Support the CEO in preparing talking points, briefs, and decision materials.
3. Strategic Objectives & OKRs Follow-up
- Track and monitor CEO and SMT objectives (OKRs / strategic initiatives).
- Coordinate with Chiefs to ensure progress against agreed targets and timelines.
- Identify risks, delays, and gaps, and escalate proactively.
- Consolidate progress reports into executive dashboards and summaries.
4. Internal Audit & Governance Follow-up
- Track internal audit findings and ensure closure of action plans across functions.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and relevant stakeholders on status updates.
- Ensure governance discipline in reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Highlight overdue or high-risk items to the CEO. 5. SMT Alignment & Project Tracking
- Ensure alignment across SMT on key strategic and operational initiatives.
- Follow up on cross-functional projects and ensure accountability.
- Maintain a centralized tracking mechanism for strategic initiatives and projects.
- Support alignment between Strategy Office, PMO, and business functions.
6. Reporting & Insights
- Develop executive dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Provide analytical insights to support CEO decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting outputs. D.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Strategy, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in: o Strategy / PMO / Consulting / Executive Office roles
- Experience working with senior leadership or C-level executives is essential
