About the Role
National Aquaculture Group is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Experience Manager to establish and manage HR service management frameworks, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and drive employee experience improvements.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage HR service management framework across HR Operations & Workforce Services
- Develop and monitor SLA standards, service performance, and operational responsiveness
- Lead HR operational KPI monitoring, dashboard reporting, and service performance analysis
- Oversee employee service escalations, operational issues, and service follow up coordination
- Monitor service quality, operational consistency, and workflow effectiveness across HR Operations functions
- Lead process optimization, service improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate cross functional operational improvement projects across payroll, onboarding, employee services, and workforce support functions
- Support operational audits, compliance readiness, and service standardization initiatives
- Drive employee experience improvement and service responsiveness enhancement initiatives
- Support implementation of operational transformation and workflow enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations and service management
- Ability to develop and monitor SLA standards and service performance
- Experience with HR operational KPI monitoring and dashboard reporting
- Leadership skills to oversee employee service escalations and operational issues
- Process optimization and service improvement experience
