- Take ownership of a recruiting pod by ensuring team focus, productivity, prioritization, and successful delivery against hiring goals
- Balance people leadership responsibilities with hands on recruiting execution, managing complex and senior searches directly
- Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear priorities, expectations, and actionable goals for team members
- Conduct regular one on one meetings focused on performance, development, pipeline health, and career growth
- Review and improve recruiting practices across sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, interview processes, and stakeholder communication
- Coach recruiters on recruiting strategy, stakeholder management, sourcing techniques, and professional development
- Support continuous improvement of hiring processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and a strong candidate experience
- Identify and escalate performance or team related challenges while partnering with leadership on solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search environments
- At least 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team, pod, or similar talent function
- Demonstrated success managing a personal recruiting workload while supporting the growth and performance of other recruiters
- Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle
- Proven ability to coach recruiters and improve recruiting quality through feedback and mentorship
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
