The Focus (Recruitment And Hr Operation)
- **Active Recruitment:**
- You will own the search for specialized, niche roles that keep our operations running.
- This isn't just posting ads; it’s finding the right talent for unique hospitality and retail environments.
- **HR Ownership:**
- You will manage the day-to-day HR needs for 300 employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and acting as a trusted partner to our Managers.
The Role
- **Dynamic Environment:**

- This is a role for someone who thrives without "extreme organization" or complex manuals.
- **Operational Pulse:**
- Our venues are active nearly 20 hours a day.
