The employer is seeking an experienced and professionally qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The role manages high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
- Close vacancies on time while maintaining quality standards.
Compensation
- The salary is AED 1,943.49 to AED 10,859.13 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to recruit for engineering, technical, and support positions.
- Ability to maintain recruitment quality while closing vacancies on time.
