Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing materials, products, and suppliers.
- Prepare RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and other departments.
- Compare supplier quotations and assist in negotiations.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Good MS Office and Excel skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Home-country purchasing or procurement experience is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, trading, or engineering is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work location
- The work location is in person.
