Role Overview
Falcon Laboratory LLC is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Geotechnical Laboratory Manager.
The role leads geotechnical operations, testing services, and project delivery while managing engineers and technicians.
Operations and Team Leadership
- Oversee geotechnical investigation and laboratory testing operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise geotechnical engineers, laboratory technicians, and field staff.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate site investigations and laboratory testing programs.
Technical Review and Compliance
- Review and approve soil investigation reports, borehole logs, laboratory results, and recommendations.
- Ensure geotechnical activities comply with ASTM, BS, UAE regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct quality assurance and control checks for field and laboratory procedures.
Projects and Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality services on time.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client meetings.
Laboratory Equipment
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of geotechnical laboratory equipment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience leading geotechnical operations, testing services, and project delivery.
- Experience managing engineers, laboratory technicians, and field staff.
- Knowledge of applicable ASTM, BS, and UAE standards and regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical projects.
