Falcon Laboratory LLC is seeking an experienced HDD Project Manager.
The role focuses on Horizontal Directional Drilling and trenchless infrastructure projects.
The position manages projects from planning through completion and is performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HDD projects from planning to completion.
- Plan operations, resources, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and applicable RTA or NDRC requirements.
- Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and costs.
- Review bore profiles, drilling plans, and method statements.
- Manage site teams, HDD operators, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall HDD project experience is required.
- Strong HDD and trenchless infrastructure project experience is required.
- Valid RTA or NDRC certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HDD equipment, drilling methods, and bore planning is required.
- Experience managing complete HDD projects and site teams is required.
- Strong coordination and communication skills are required.
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
