• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent requirements.
• Drive workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Assess candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide recruitment expertise.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Manage recruitment priorities to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
