Overview of Role
The Systems Support Analyst provides the customer interface for the IT Helpdesk team.
The role supports Walkers employees in the use of computers and associated applications.
The role requires strong communication and customer service skills together with excellent technical knowledge.
Working Arrangement
- The role is onsite in the Dubai office from 8:30am to 5:00pm, five days per week.
- Occasional work outside normal working hours or days may be required.
- Travel to regional offices may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, respond to service desk requests, record incidents, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Manage and prioritise ServiceNow incidents and service requests while meeting agreed service level agreements.
