Systems Support Analyst 1

• 1–4+ years of experience in systems support, operations, or a similar role
• Experience with property management or accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate complex workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests

• Exposure to SQL or data querying
• Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems
• Interest in process improvement or system optimization

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on responsiveness
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
