Our client is seeking an experienced
Systems Engineer - Enterprise Infrastructure Services Administrator
who will be responsible for managing enterprise identity, directory, and access management services across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant IAM operations across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise collaboration platforms
Identity & Directory Services
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, roles, and licenses.
- Administer Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
- Maintain on-premises Active Directory (AD DS), GPOs, domains, and replication.
- Support Azure AD DS and hybrid identity environments.
- Manage Google Directory Services in hybrid/federated setups.
- Design and support hybrid identity solutions.
Federation & Access Management
- Configure AD FS, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and federation services.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Manage RBAC, privileged access, and least-privilege models.
- Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and JIT access.
Collaboration & Governance
- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and utilization reporting.
- Administer access for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- Control guest access and cross-tenant collaboration.
- Enforce security and compliance policies across collaboration tools.
- Manage enterprise email signature solutions.
PKI, DNS & Infrastructure Services
- Administer Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, renewals, and revocations.
- Manage internal/external DNS environments and domain services.
- Coordinate domain registrations and DNS configurations.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure connectivity.
Application Integration & Security
- Integrate enterprise applications with AD and Entra ID.
- Support LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and directory-based integrations.
- Collaborate with security and application teams on IAM integrations.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid identity and directory synchronization.
- Experience with SSO, federation, DNS, and PKI services.
- Knowledge of enterprise IAM integrations and security best practices.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications preferred:
