- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to minimize downtime
- Inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to support uninterrupted plant operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, and company maintenance standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry
- Hands on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial plant equipment
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and industrial operations
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
