Systems Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications (cloud, security, systems, automation, or platform technologies)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Experience working in large enterprise or multi‑OpCo environments
• Experience supporting infrastructure platforms during M&A, carve‑out, or organizational change
• Comfortable operating in environments with high autonomy and loosely defined problem spaces
• Proactive use of AI tools and an AI‑first mindset, leveraging modern AI capabilities to improve productivity, speed of execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem‑solving
• Self‑starter mentality : Proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities, independently research and implement solutions without waiting for detailed instructions, and actively reduce operational burdens to enhance overall team effectiveness.
