Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Wealth and Asset Management platforms.
- Manage large cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Establish program governance and manage risks, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting.
- Lead implementation partners and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
- 8+ years leading large-scale Wealth and Asset Management platform implementations in Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-vendor transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
Domain Expertise
- Strong functional knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Fund Administration, and Custody and Securities Operations.
- Knowledge of investment products and lifecycle and regulatory and compliance requirements for Wealth Management.
Mandatory Product Experience
- Hands-on implementation experience in one or more of Avaloq, Fusion Invest, Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS, or Aurora Reconciliation is mandatory.
