Role Overview

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of project management or project delivery experience.
• Experience with complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle from concept through closure.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
• Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or another regulated environment is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification is preferred.
• Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification is preferred.
• Change-management certification is advantageous.
• ITIL or related service-management knowledge is beneficial.

• Project and programme management methodologies.
• Project Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Business-case and project-proposal development.
• Requirements, scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.

• Testing, implementation, operational readiness, and benefits realization.
• Executive reporting and presentation development.

Project Tools

• Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project tools.

• Oversee testing, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Track benefits realization and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Drive stakeholder accountability and coordinate stakeholders without direct authority.
• Maintain ownership, integrity, follow-through, records, and audit evidence.
