Role Overview
The Systems Analyst I consults with users, analyzes requirements, and assists with the design, implementation, and maintenance of vendor-supplied applications.
The role supports mission-critical enterprise learning applications used by faculty and students locally and internationally.
The position reports to the Lead, LTIC Incubator, and works with senior technical resources and university technology professionals.
Compensation and Term
- The compensation range is CAD 7,158.42–CAD 10,292.25 monthly.
- The position has a stated job end date of August 31, 2029, and is described as a three-year term position.

- Maintain reliable, stable, highly available learning applications.
- Resolve technical issues across integrated administrative, learning, and student information systems.
- Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts against service-level commitments.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, operational support, and after-hours support when urgent response is required.
