- Assess current ZATCA systems and database operational model, identify gaps and challenges to define IT systems and database operations areas of improvement.
- Oversee all daily work activities of systems and database operations, assess the feasibility of automation to build scripts automating daily operations when possible.
- Receive and review change requests related to IT systems and database, monitor implementation to ensure all requests are handled on time.
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/junior staff.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Purpose of Job
- Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision.
- They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad hoc reports in their related field.
- They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
- They undertake operational activities including participating in the development of ZATCA IT systems and database operations guidelines and standards.
- Participating in the installation, configuration and upgrades of software, hardware, operating systems and processes as planned.
- Assisting in the implementation of operations and security patches as well as vendors release notes.
- Troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing technical support for incidents and tickets.
- Monitoring ZATCA systems and applications on a daily basis to ensure proper operation and support with performance reports.
