Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of IT Operations business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
- Develop the operational plan for Application Operations in line with IT Operations business plan
- Manage the operation of ZATCA IT applications ensuring best in class operational performance
- Ensure incidents related to applications are properly handled and prioritized based on criticality
- Manage production outages and escalations ensuring correct stakeholders are involved
- Ensure proactive preventive maintenance activities are implemented on IT applications
- Review change requests related to IT applications and support implementation
- Monitor IT applications health, safety, and performance to minimize potential damage and service outages
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience in IT operations management
- Experience in managing IT applications and ensuring availability and performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Budget planning and management experience

Purpose of Job
- The job holder is responsible for ensuring the proper management, operation and maintenance of ZATCA's IT applications to ensure they are constantly available and high performing for end users within agreed quality and timeframes.
Job Details
- Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of IT Operations business plan; develop operational plan for Application Operations.
- Budget Management: Discuss budgeting requirements with top management; ensure effective utilization of budget.
- Application Operations Management: Define IT application operations model; manage operation of IT applications; handle incidents; manage production outages; ensure proactive maintenance; review change requests; monitor application health and performance.
- People Management: Participate in recruitment; guide and mentor direct reports; develop performance objectives; establish high performance working environment.
