- Use AI tools for optimization
- Present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
- Collaborate with system users and technical development teams to translate needs into actionable user stories
- Create, read, and interpret system documentation
- Solve problems in process automation
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
- Solid SQL skills for data analytics
- Ability to present and communicate findings to management stakeholders
- PowerPoint, Reporting and Dashboarding skills necessary
- Process automation and Problem solving skills considered a plus
- Proven ability to deliver end to end data projects
- Demonstrated business impact from prior work
- Portfolio or examples of applied, real world work
- 3+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery
- Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
- Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
