- Managing life cycle of operational improvement with innovative solutions
- Study existing operations to find opportunities and develop automation solutions to automate process and reports
- Act as business analyst bridging gap between operations and IT solutions creating innovative solutions and enhancing business systems
- Develop solutions using IT programming language and MS office suites to support data, visualization and measurements
- Creating project business cases and managing then through complete life cycle with cross functions
- Perform industrial engineering study to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost
- Creating & implementing SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and business analytics
- Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, process mapping & improvisation
- Experience in project management
- Business analysis expertise in data/tech disciplines for logistics or allied industry
- Basic knowledge on Object oriented programming concepts e.g., C++, Java etc.
- Strong skills in SQL and experience in creating, analyzing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of software and engineering principles
- Strong skills in visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire etc. to develop reporting
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management System)
- Basic agile practice skills/background with exposure in being a part of Agile teams
- Good English and native language skills
