- Create and implement SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, process mapping & improvisation
- Experience in project management
- Strong skills in SQL and experience in creating, analyzing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
- Strong skills in visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire
- Good English and native language skills

What Your Main Responsibilities Are
- You will be working as an internal consultant driving continuous improvement and automate processes within functional & geographical domain.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Managing life cycle of operational improvement with innovative solutions
- Study existing operations to find opportunities and develop automation solutions
- Act as business analyst bridging gap between operations and IT solutions
- Develop solutions using IT programming language and MS office suites
- Creating project business cases and managing through complete life cycle
- Perform industrial engineering study to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost
- Creating & implementing SOPs
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and business analytics
- Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, process mapping & improvisation
- Project management
- Business analysis expertise in data/tech disciplines for logistics or allied industry
- Basic knowledge on Object oriented programming concepts e.g., C++, Java etc.
- Strong skills in SQL and experience in creating, analyzing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of software and engineering principles
- Strong skills in visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire etc.
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS
- Basic agile practice skills/background
