TAT IT Technologies is urgently seeking a System Administrator with strong Linux experience for a banking client in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing, maintaining, and securing Linux environments, including performance tuning, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux)
- Ensure high availability and reliability using Red Hat cluster
- Perform Linux performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
- Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
- Implement Linux security best practices including SELinux and access controls
- Drive Linux hardening activities in line with organizational standards
- Coordinate and execute patching activities across Linux environments
- Collaborate with Vulnerability Management team to analyze and remediate findings from Qualys reports
- Participate in 24x7 on call rotation
Requirements
- Strong experience in Linux Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle etc.)
- Experience in Linux performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and hardening practices
- Well versed in enterprise patch management tools
- Familiarity with Qualys or similar vulnerability management platforms
- Banking domain experience

Overview
- Urgent requirement for System Administrator Linux with experience in banking domain for banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support Linux environments mostly RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux etc.
- Ensure high availability and reliability using Redhat cluster

- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security frameworks
- Coordinate and execute patching activities across Linux environments
- Work with enterprise patching tools like satellite
- Collaborate with Vulnerability Management team to analyze and remediate findings from Qualys reports
- Track, prioritize, and close security vulnerabilities within defined timelines
- Actively participate in 24x7 on call rotation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large enterprise or banking environments
- Exposure to regulatory and audit frameworks
- Knowledge of monitoring, backup, and automation tools
