Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including VMware, Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Veeam Backup, and Fortinet firewall
- Support CCTV, Wi Fi, CISCO Telephony and access control systems across business locations
- Administer and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity across all business locations
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of business critical applications, ERP systems, POS platforms, and retail technology solutions
- Provide remote technical support to employees across corporate office, retail showrooms, warehouse, and regional locations
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network controllers
- Perform remote installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of software applications and operating systems
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and system availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Provide desktop support, OS deployment, hardware maintenance, and end user troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory levels, and stock movements
Requirements
- 5 6 years of UAE experience (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CCNA/CCNP certification
- MCSE certification
- AWS/Azure Cloud Administration certification (advantage)

Job Summary
- The IT System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail showrooms, warehouses, and regional operations.
- The role supports business continuity by managing servers, networks, cloud platforms, retail technology systems, cybersecurity controls, and end user support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including VMware virtualization environments, Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Veeam Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions, and Fortinet firewall platforms.
- Support CCTV, Wi Fi, CISCO Telephony and access control systems across business locations.
- Administer and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity across all business locations.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of business critical applications, ERP systems, POS platforms, and retail technology solutions.
- Provide remote technical support to employees across corporate office, retail showrooms, warehouse, and regional locations through remote desktop management tools.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network controllers.

Job Specifications
- Must have 5 6 years of UAE experience (mandatory).
- Salary range for the position is 7000 AED – 8000 AED per month.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Must have certifications CCNA/CCNP, MCSE.
- AWS/Azure Cloud Administration certification is advantage.
- Strong focus on delivering a seamless end user experience, especially in high pressure retail environments.
- Good communication and ability to interact and engage with non technical users.
