As a Sales Executive, you will be the Brand Ambassador of Marina Home.
Positioned on the showroom floor, you will serve as a key liaison between the organization and our valued customers.
Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, guiding them towards the right product choices, and ensuring that your designated zone reflects the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Your attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism will be crucial in reflecting Marina Home’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales:**
- Understanding customer requirements while staying up-to-date with product knowledge and recommending suitable products to customers accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team members and achieving individual and overall store sales targets
- Ability to handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
- **Customer Service:**
- Deliver excellent service at all touchpoints, including in-person and over the phone to enable customer delight.
- Execute company policies related to customer service such as gift vouchers, exchanges and refunds, gift wrapping and invoicing procedures
- Greet and engage customers professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Understanding the cross-functional roles within the showroom, such as – Cashiering, Replenishment, Attendance management system, Meet & greet customers in a professional manner, In-store display POS.
- Understanding visual merchandising principles across all levels in the Showroom & ensuring that the display settings are proportionately organized at all times to maximize sales in order to provide visibility and space to the best seller.
- Understanding of operating system MRC portal, D365, and cash POS for floor orders/returns/proforma invoices etc.
Requirements
- Must have an Emirati family book
- Good communication skills
- Must have an ability to understand and articulate
- Fresher’s can be considered
- Must be OK for a part time role
- Salary Range is between 6000 AED – 7000 AED all inclusive
