About the Role
Marina Home Interiors seeks an Accounts Payable Executive to manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, and reconciliation. The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, a bachelor's degree in Accounts, and proficiency with Dynamics.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely preparation of cheques for settlements, loans, custom duty, and freight invoices
- Ensure timely preparation of cheques for sales return, non trade creditors, and petty cash
- Process payments for rental and utilities (Etisalat, DU, DEWA, etc.)
- Prepare TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments for vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and book fixed assets
- Book and maintain prepaid schedules
- Process Bahrain and Qatar monthly payments and coordinate with respective accounting teams
- Verify vendor accounts and reconcile account transactions with the general ledger
- Prepare creditors age wise analysis report
- Prepare various monthly MIS reports and forward to Finance Manager
- Prepare reports for marketing expenses
- Prepare reports for director's personal expenses
Requirements
- At least 3 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounts
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, managing payables, payments, and payroll
- Preferably from Retail industry

Job Summary
- The Accounts Payable executive is responsible for managing the end to end accounts payable process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for settlements, loans, custom duty and freight invoices.
- Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for sales return, non trade creditors like advertisement parties and petty cash.
- Processing of payments for Rental, various utilities like Etisalat, DU, DEWA, all properties etc.
- Preparation of TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments for vendors.
- Fixed Asset – Purchase order preparation and Asset booking.
- Prepaid schedule booking and schedule maintaining.
- Processing Bahrain, Qatar monthly payments and coordinating with respective accounting team.
- Verify the Vendors accounts and reconcile account transactions with the general ledger.
- Preparation of Creditors age wise analysis report.
- Preparation of various reports monthly for MIS and forwarding to Finance manager.
- Preparation of reports for marketing expenses.
- Preparation of reports for director's personal expenses.
Specifications
- At least 3 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounts.
- Preferably from Retail industry, but open to other industries.
- Must have worked on Dynamics, managing payables, payments and payroll.
- Salary bracket is between 4500 AED – 5000 AED All in per month.
