Job Overview

  • Under broad direction, supervises the day to day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises day to day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel.
  • May be involved in hiring and disciplinary action of crews.
  • Focuses on personnel development through mentoring and on the job training.
  • Ensures service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through process adherence.
  • Mentors and assesses competence of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators and Operator Assistants.
  • Provides guidance on specific job designs based on downhole conditions as part of the Design of Service process.
  • Interacts with customer representatives at the well site to seek feedback and troubleshoot execution issues.
  • Ensures all activities comply with HMS processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Invokes Management of Change process if deviation is required.
  • May perform other duties including gathering job performance data, customer feedback and job packet processing.
