Role Description
Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Develop sustainability strategies that align environmental, social, operational, and business objectives.
Assess performance, establish targets, coordinate projects, and integrate sustainability into business processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, human resources, facilities, risk, and other teams.
- Monitor environmental and social performance and prepare sustainability reports and management updates.
- Support ESG data collection and analysis and coordinate sustainability-related projects.
- Monitor regulations, industry developments, standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency, reduce environmental impact, strengthen responsible sourcing, and enhance ESG performance.
- Support stakeholder engagement, internal awareness, sustainability assessments, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, ESG, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, environmental management, and responsible business practices.
- Strong analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and communicating sustainability and operational data.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, resource efficiency, climate-related issues, and sustainability trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Knowledge
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, ESG metrics, carbon accounting, or environmental standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ESG or data management platforms is preferred.
