Role Description
Support product planning, development, and lifecycle management activities as a Product Management Assistant.
Assist with product research, requirements gathering, documentation, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product documentation and roadmaps.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Organize meetings and product reviews, and track tasks, action items, and milestones.
- Conduct market and competitor research and monitor product performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations using market, customer, and product information.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and help identify product improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches and updates and communicate information accurately to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of product management principles, product development lifecycles, and customer-focused product strategies.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, analytical, research, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, organize meetings, track milestones, and maintain accurate project information.
- Familiarity with product management, project management, collaboration, or documentation tools is preferred.
- Strong interest in products, customers, technology, and market trends.
