About the Role

- Oversee HR support services and ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance
- Review supplier invoices and verify compliance with contractual terms
- Coordinate invoice processing and payment requests with the Finance Department
- Maintain accurate records and reports of invoices and payment status
- Support day to day HR operational activities and administrative processes
- Coordinate workplace readiness, facilities, and other HR related operational requirements
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee events, and engagement initiatives
- Prepare periodic reports on support service performance and operational activities
- Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in support services, operations, administration, or a similar role
- Good understanding of basic financial processes, including invoice management and payment cycles
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

Qualifications
