About the Role

  • We are looking for a Support Services Manager – Human Resources to oversee HR support services and ensure smooth day to day operational activities.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, manage vendor related activities, monitor invoices and payments, and support HR operational initiatives to maintain an efficient and well organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR support services and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Review supplier invoices and verify compliance with contractual terms.
  • Coordinate invoice processing and payment requests with the Finance Department.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of invoices and payment status.
  • Support day to day HR operational activities and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate workplace readiness, facilities, and other HR related operational requirements.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports on support service performance and operational activities.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in support services, operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of basic financial processes, including invoice management and payment cycles.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
