Role overview
Support Audit and Assurance practitioners through client relationship management, risk clearance, client acceptance, engagement acceptance, pricing and WBS charge-code setup, and reporting.
The Audit Central Team creates and updates accounts and opportunities in CRM and other SAP-based firm applications.
Responsibilities
- Enter account and opportunity information in CRM in compliance with firm standards.
- Update and edit opportunities for the Audit and Assurance practice.
- Perform basic background and conflict checks.
- Create and edit WBS charging codes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Respond to requests promptly and concisely.
- Collaborate on ad hoc special projects and cross-functional team objectives.
- Deliver accurate, timely, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess work for efficient and accurate completion and flex across responsibilities as priorities change.
Work location and schedule
- The role is based in the Hyderabad office under a hybrid model.
- Employees must work from the Deloitte office at least two days per week.
- Shift timing is 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
