Role Overview
Deloitte is seeking a Manager who remains hands-on as a full-stack engineer while shaping client solutions and leading delivery.
The role may focus on custom development, integration and middleware, DevOps and platform engineering, AI-enabled delivery, or cloud engineering.
Build First
- Design and build across frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, data layers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build demos, proof-of-concepts, and accelerators that help win client work.
- Write and review code, establish architecture standards, and unblock difficult engineering problems.
- Create reusable starter kits, reference implementations, and internal tooling.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and help embed AI-assisted delivery into engagements.
Shape and Win Work
- Lead technical solutioning for opportunities with account teams to qualify, shape, and win pursuits.
