Finance Operate – FR -Treasury Function -Sr Consultant

• degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 4–6+ years of experience in treasury reporting, fund operations/accounting, or asset management services supporting multiple fund types.
• Strong understanding of fund cash flows and operating mechanics across mutual funds, private equity, and hedge funds.
• Practical knowledge of financing/credit facilities (interest/fee mechanics, utilization, covenant support schedules, borrowing base concepts) preferred.
• Strong experience in fee structure of public and private funds including fee waivers and recoupments.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, power query preferred, reconciliation models); familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS), accounting platforms, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Effective communicator experienced in coordinating across internal stakeholders and external providers
