- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends
- Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles and minimize spoilage
- Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance
- Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards
- Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability
- Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies
- Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, demand planning, and inventory management
- Knowledge of cold chain operations and perishable inventory management
- Familiarity with FIFO principles and minimizing spoilage
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics
- Ability to monitor quality control checks and food safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Role Overview
