About the Role
Al Khayyat Investments seeks a Supply Chain Planner to manage supply planning, stock orders, and inventory optimization. You will coordinate with demand planning, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate supply planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage stock orders with Principals for replenishments on time with appropriate process controls
- Coordinate shipping schedules with supplier's site, regulatory and compliance authority until delivery of stocks at company's premises
- Handle shortages, damages, and claims by forwarding details to principal and following up until compensation
- Raise purchase orders with systematic management approval and ensure supplier delivers orders as per agreement
- Monitor near expired/damaged stocks for liquidation and update non moving ageing stocks, discontinued SKUs
- Monitor short/excess stock on WMS vs Oracle vs Physical and keep check with warehouse
- Align with demand planner for all forecasting validation
- Manage co packing activity with close coordination with demand planner, warehouse and brand managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 3 years of work experience in end to end supply chain domain

Job Purpose
- Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for creating and managing the supply planning process within the company's portfolio.
- They will work closely with Demand Planner, Clearing & Forwarding, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure that Supply planning is accurate and aligned with business goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the stock orders with Principals for replenishments on time with appropriate process controls.
- Coordinate shipping schedules by coordinating with supplier's site, regulatory and compliance authority until delivery of stocks at company's premises.
- Get details from warehouse regarding shortages and damages and forward to principal in claim reimbursement form and follow up until compensation.
- Raise all PO with systematic management approval and ensure supplier delivers orders as per agreement and stocks are available as per sales forecast.
- Regular follow up with sales on near expired/damaged stocks for liquidation; update non moving ageing stocks, discontinued SKUs.
- Monitor short/excess stock on WMS vs Oracle vs Physical and keep check with warehouse with clear accountability.
- Manage all other aspects of supply chain contributing to organizational growth.
- Align with demand planner for all forecasting validation.
- Manage co packing activity with close coordination with demand planner, warehouse and brand managers.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 3 years of work experience needed in end to end supply chain domain.
