Job Purpose

  • Seeking a proactive and customer focused B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to support growth of Pest Management Services division in Abu Dhabi.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi.
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
  • Promote pest management solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision makers.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
  • Mandatory experience in corporate sales and client acquisition.
  • Experience in facility management, pest control, cleaning & hygiene services, environmental services, or property services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and commercial clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
