- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings
- Promote pest management solutions based on customer requirements
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision makers
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience
- Experience in corporate sales and client acquisition
- Experience in facility management, pest control, cleaning, hygiene, environmental services, or property services preferred
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and commercial clients
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Job Purpose
- Seeking a proactive and customer focused B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to support growth of Pest Management Services division in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in facility management, pest control, cleaning & hygiene services, environmental services, or property services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and commercial clients.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
