What You’ll Do
- Build Brands From Concept to Launch: Develop brand positioning, visual identity, messaging frameworks, and full go to market strategies.
- Drive 360° Campaigns: Lead integrated marketing plans across digital, social, PR, influencer marketing, paid media, and retail activations.
- Create & Oversee Assets: Own the creative direction—from writing high quality marketing copy to briefing and managing designers, videographers, and agencies.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign KPIs and ROI, using consumer insights to continuously improve brand performance.
What We’re Looking For (The Must Haves)
- 6–10+ years of marketing experience, with a solid background in a creative/marketing agency environment.
- Proven UAE market experience is essential.
- Dual Threat Capability: Proven experience launching new brands/products and executing campaigns hands on.
- Bilingual Mastery: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a huge advantage
- An entrepreneurial mindset—you are organized, self motivated, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
