Role Details

What You Will Do

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations.
• Complete customer orders through product picking, packing, delivery, inventory coordination, and logistics management.
• Assess, design, build, and implement order management process, organization, and technology practices.
• Manage order creation, order fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, and purchase order receipt.
• Handle invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, fulfillment accuracy, service provisioning, and billing activation.
• Support distributed order management across online and physical networks.

What We Are Looking For

• Any graduation qualification is required.
• One to three years of experience is required.
• Intermediate English for domestic use is required.
• The role requires adaptability, flexibility, problem-solving, quick learning, communication, and strong analytical skills.
• The role may require working in rotational shifts.

Work Structure

• The role involves routine problem-solving through established precedents and general guidelines.
• The role is an individual contributor position within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.
