- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities
- Forecast demand and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and waste
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock control procedures
- Oversee transportation and distribution to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality or service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations
- At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience
- Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS) is preferred

Job Summary
- The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end to end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, demand planning, and supplier performance.
- The role ensures products and materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at optimal cost while maintaining quality standards and supporting business growth.
