Role Overview
Rely Industries is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role leads and optimizes procurement, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
The position supports fit-out, joinery, furniture, and fabrication projects by improving material availability, efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and inventory management functions.
- Develop supply chain strategies and procurement planning aligned with projects, production schedules, and material lead times.
- Coordinate with production planning, production, projects, estimation, finance, and engineering teams.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, performance, negotiations, pricing, quality, and supply reliability.
- Control inventory, improve warehouse processes, and oversee material movement between suppliers, facilities, warehouses, and project sites.
- Monitor KPIs for savings, inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance, material availability, delivery, and logistics.
- Use ERP/MRP systems and supply chain tools for reporting and data-driven decisions.
- Lead the supply chain team and provide management with reports, forecasts, risks, and recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Eight to twelve years of progressive experience, including significant managerial experience.
- Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, or project-based manufacturing.
- Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred, along with strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with a record of improving supply chain and operational performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, CLTD, PMP, or another relevant supply chain or procurement certification is advantageous.
- Experience leading supply chain operations in large-scale manufacturing or complex production environments is advantageous.
- Experience across production and project management is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills are advantageous.
