Role Overview
Rely Industries is seeking a Commercial Officer for commercial and contract management activities.
The role covers payment certification, quantity validation, budgets, variations, claims, supplier documentation, and final accounts.
Role Description
- Review and prepare subcontractor and supplier payment certificates.
- Prepare client payment certificates with quantification and supporting documents.
- Validate BOQ quantities, prepare takeoff sheets, and validate actual project budgets.
- Prepare payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Review supplier quotations and purchase orders.
- Maintain records of contracts, approvals, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Seven to ten years of commercial and contract management experience in construction, fit-out, or joinery.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, and payment certification procedures.
- Understanding of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
