About the Role
Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) seeks a Supply Chain Excellence Executive to support supply chain optimization, including Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System implementation, S&OP processes, and logistics network design.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, usage, and optimization of the newly deployed Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System
- Support the development and validation of Supply Chain Excellence policies and procedures
- Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to inventory strategies and planning methodologies
- Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Assist in logistics network design, enhancement initiatives, and related implementation tasks
- Monitor supply chain performance against established KPIs and SLAs and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Participate in the development and execution of supply chain transformation plans, ensuring alignment with digitalization goals
- Support the standardization and integration of supply chain business processes across the organization
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain activities across the Group
- Track progress and provide updates on supply chain improvement projects
- Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain compliance and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years or more of experience in supply chain, with exposure to demand planning and logistics processes preferred
- Familiarity with automated supply chain systems; experience with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Project Management experience preferred
- Certification in supply chain or inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is beneficial
