- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead demand planning, production planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data analytics to support decision making and performance optimization
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Executive teams on strategic initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing supply chain teams
- Implement risk mitigation, business continuity, and compliance programs
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive Supply Chain experience, including senior leadership roles managing end to end supply chain functions
- Prior GCC experience is mandatory
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics
- Strong experience with ERP systems, planning tools, KPI management, and data driven decision making
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams and managing complex, multi site operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- APICS, CSCP, CIPS, MBA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize end to end supply chain operations across forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, this strategic leadership role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, service improvement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead demand planning, production planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive Supply Chain experience, including senior leadership roles managing end to end supply chain functions.
- Prior GCC experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of regional supply chain networks, regulations, and business practices.
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, planning tools, KPI management, and data driven decision making.
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams and managing complex, multi site operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation
- Competitive package in the range of AED 50,000 – AED 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
