Role Overview
The Supply Chain Director will lead supply chain strategy across procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supplier management.
The role focuses on improving efficiency, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring reliable product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and transportation activities.
- Build strategic relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, service levels, quality, and operational performance.
- Identify cost-reduction and process-optimization opportunities.
- Develop demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning strategies.
- Improve forecasting, replenishment, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
- Identify risks and develop business-continuity and mitigation plans.
- Leverage ERP, analytics, automation, and digital supply chain technologies.
- Monitor transportation performance, delivery schedules, and logistics efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
