Support daily store operations, inventory coordination, order management, supplier communication, reporting, and process improvement.
The position is advertised as a Store Operations Assistant / Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, replenishment needs, and discrepancies.
- Receive, check, organize, record, count, and audit inventory.
- Coordinate orders, fulfilment, deliveries, suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare inventory reports, operational summaries, performance updates, and KPI monitoring.
- Support product setup, pricing, promotions, merchandising, customer enquiries, and operational records.
- Improve workflows and procedures and support cross-functional operational projects and analysis.
Requirements
- A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in business, retail management, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in store operations, retail, inventory, logistics, or a related function is preferred.
- Strong inventory-management and operational-process knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with POS, ERP, inventory-management, or retail systems is advantageous.
- Good Microsoft Excel, data-entry, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required.
- The role requires managing multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently and collaborating across departments.

- The role is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The employment type is part-time.
